If your order hasn't been dispatched, contact us immediately via WhatsApp or call on 0332-1135952 or 0332-3562506. We'll get it delivered to the updated address.
To place a complaint, email us at contact@sauda.store. Please mention your Order ID and describe your issue. Our team will get back to you within our working hours (11:00 AM – 9:00 PM). Complaints are resolved within 3 hours.
We take product quality very seriously. If you receive anything expired or damaged, please share a picture with your Order ID on WhatsApp. We’ll arrange a replacement within 3 hours.
