If a user wishes to delete their account, they must contact their company's HR department. Upon receiving an official request from the HR department, we will proceed to delete the account from our system in accordance with our contractual and legal obligations.

This process ensures that account deletions are securely handled and do not conflict with credit policies, employer agreements, or monthly invoicing cycles. Allowing self-initiated deletion could lead to data discrepancies and legal complications for both the employer and Sauda Store.
